An October Wedding full of Cupcakes!

A week ago I did cupcakes for a wedding in Georgetown, DC for 200 people. The bride chose 4 different cupcakes which were Lemon with Swiss Meringue, Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, Chocolate with Chocolate Fudge Icing, and Vanilla Bean with Chocolate Fudge Icing. It took me 3 days to do them out of my kitchen, baking off batches of 50 at a time. Then many batches of lots of Icing!
